Job summary

Ingeniosi is seeking a Data Scientist with hands-on GenAI experience to design and deliver production-ready AI solutions for international clients. The role focuses on building GenAI apps, AI agents, and governance-enabled workflows using Python, Azure, Databricks, and modern tooling.

You will collaborate with global teams, develop scalable systems, and ship interfaces using React and APIs. Strong English skills are required, with hybrid work in CDMX or Guadalajara.

Job description

We are seeking a Data Scientist with hands-on experience in Generative AI, agentic AI workflows, and cloud technologies to develop innovative, production-ready solutions for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop GenAI applications using RAG, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Build and deploy AI agents and multi-step workflows.
• Develop scalable solutions using Python, Azure, Databricks, and PySpark.
• Implement AI monitoring, governance, and guardrails.
• Build React interfaces and integrate APIs.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science.
• 1+ year developing GenAI applications.
• Strong Python skills (OOP and production-ready code).
• Experience with RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, Azure, and Databricks.
• Experience with React, APIs, and GitHub.
• Advanced English C1 (mandatory).
• Availability for hybrid work in CDMX or Guadalajara.

Nice to Have

• Financial services or consulting experience.
• MLflow, fine-tuning, and Agentic SQL.
• Machine Learning (XGBoost, Random Forest).
• Databricks GenAI certification.
