Job summary

CHI Software in Mexico is seeking an AI Engineer to create GenAI-driven experiences and help build a scalable AI platform. You will design, build, and run AI applications and LLM-based systems in production, develop RAG pipelines, and integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing products and internal business systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, semantic search, and strong prompt engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience running LLM applications and RAG systems in production.
• Practical knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, semantic search.
• Strong prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Exposure to MLOps and deployment pipelines for AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and run AI applications and LLM-based systems in production.
• Develop RAG pipelines, conversational AI and tools that automate workflows.
• Integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing products and internal business systems.
• Measure and improve model quality through structured evaluation approaches.
• Work with AI-assisted development tools as part of your everyday engineering process.
• Capture design decisions and operational lessons learned for AI systems.
