Tetra Pak Cuautitlán, Izcalli, Mexico is seeking recent graduates for the Future Talent Program – Technical Track, an 18-month journey to deepen technical expertise and contribute to meaningful projects in food processing and packaging.

As an Automation Specialist, you will rotate through projects, learn Siemens/Rockwell programming, and collaborate in a global environment with hands-on learning and formal training from day one, shaping your career in automation.

Formación

• Recent graduate with an engineering degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Automation and Control, or related field.
• Basic programming knowledge: Siemens and/or Rockwell.
• Basic knowledge in control architecture, SCADA, and control networks.
• Strong communication, analytical, detail oriented and proactive.
• English and Spanish conversational skills required.
• MS Office knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and develop automation solutions as part of the Automation team.
• Be able to travel within Mexico region approximately 50% of the time.
• Work in implementation, control design, programming, and quotations.
• Develop yourself in control architecture.
• Work in a multi-project environment with rotating responsibilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues in an international environment and leverage resources globally.
• Apply technical knowledge in local and international contexts.

The position will be based in Cuautitlán, Izcalli, México.

Up to 50% of time travel may be required for this position.

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As a Future Talent – Automation Specialistyou will:

• Learn and develop automation solutions for our customers as part of the Automation team. A great opportunity to interface with our extensive customer base and provide industry‑leading processing solutions;
• Be able and open to travel within Mexico region approximately 50% of the time;
• Work and support in implementation, control design, programming (Siemens/ Rockwell) and quotations;
• Learn and develop yourself in control architecture;
• Work in a multi‑project environment where the role adapts to the needs of each individual project;
• Work with customers and colleagues in an international environment but also utilize and collaborate with resources throughout the entire organization;
• Learn and apply technical knowledge in a local and international environment.

We believe you have

• Recent graduated with an Engineering degree in Automation, Mechatronic, Automation and Control, or related field;
• Basic programming knowledge: Siemens and/or Rockwell;
• Basic knowledge in control architecture;
• Basic knowledge in Scada system;
• Basic knowledge in Control Network;
• Good communication skills, analytical, detail oriented and proactive;
• English and Spanish conversational skills are required;
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
