We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable user interfaces for modern web applications. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in React, strong UI/UX sensibilities, and a proven track record of delivering performant, maintainable front-end solutions in complex, large-scale environments. Also experienced with Java and Spring Boot on the backend so he can bring both Frontend and Backend components together.

Responsibility

• Strong English speaking skills are required for this role as they will be guiding and problem solving with other team members.
• Manage standups, JIRA, team updates, stakeholder management to understand requirements and lead junior engineers.
• Design, development, testing, documentation, data analysis, on-call support during working hours.
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced software systems while adhering to high standards for code quality, testing, and automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, mentor junior developers, and support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• Tech Lead/Sr. Engineering -> 10+ years of hands‑on experience in software development, with expertise in system design, architecture, and building enterprise‑level applications.

Software Development Languages

• Proficiency: Java (required), React (required)
• Frameworks: Spring Boot
• RESTful architecture and microservices
• Messaging technologies (e.g., Kafka, SQS)
• Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
