Brillio in Mexico is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale the platform powering the real estate experience. You will own features end-to-end, from React frontends to Java and Node.js backend services, and ship software used by agents and consumers daily.

You will collaborate across a distributed team, perform code reviews, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor junior engineers, while upholding quality, testing, and deployment best practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience across frontend and backend.
• Backend API development in Java or Node.js.
• Relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis).
• Experience with microservices, cloud-native AWS (ECS, Lambda, SQS, API Gateway).
• CI/CD pipelines and agile development processes.
• Strong networking and security fundamentals.
• Mentoring other engineers.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale the platform that

powers the future of real estate. You will work across the entire stack — from React frontends to Java

and Node.js backend services — owning features end-to-end and shipping software that agents and

consumers rely on daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain features across the full stack, from React UI to backend services and
• Collaborate on a distributed team, contributing through code review, architectural discussions, and the agile process
• Take ownership of critical parts of the codebase, ensuring stability, performance, and extensibility
• Help establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with meaningful work on both frontend and applications
• Backend experience building services and APIs in Java or Node.js
• Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases — particularly PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or Redis
• Experience with server-side architecture, design patterns, and microservices
• Familiarity with cloud-native development on AWS (ECS, Lambda, SQS, API Gateway, or similar)
• Experience with agile development processes and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals (DNS, load balancers, encryption)
• Track record of mentoring other engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with monorepo tooling and large-scale frontend codebases
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch for search and analytics workloads
• Experience with Thrift or similar RPC frameworks for service-to-service communication
• Contributions to shared component libraries or design systems
• Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation)
