Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to join a small, high-trust team building custom solutions for healthcare clients. You will own features end-to-end across web, cloud, and Power Platform stacks, delivering rapid value in weeks rather than quarters.

The role emphasizes DevOps, cloud delivery, and machine learning, with opportunities to mentor peers and work in an Agile, product-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or another quantitative or engineering field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least 3 years building full stack web applications.
• Experience delivering software in healthcare, enterprise, or consulting environments.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with professional workplace experience; resume submission in English required.
• Solid relational database skills: schema design, complex SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning on SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications in a major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP), with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, Docker, and automated testing.
• Ability to quickly understand complex and legacy systems and solve hard problems independently.
• Practical exposure to machine learning or data science (Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, or Transformer models).
• Strong communication, ownership, curiosity, and judgment about trade-offs between speed, quality, and scope.

Responsibilities

• Develop APIs and services in Python, C#, or Node.js backed by SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.
• Design data models, write complex queries and stored procedures, and keep data integrity at the center of every solution.
• Own features across the full lifecycle: requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, release, and support.
• Deploy and operate applications in the cloud using infrastructure-as-code, CLI tooling, and containerized workloads (Docker).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, including automated testing, environment promotion, and release gating.
• Apply security and compliance practices appropriate for healthcare data (authentication, secrets management, PHI/PII handling).
• Mentor teammates and share what you learn about DevOps, ML, and new tooling.
• Work in an Agile, product-minded way: small increments, real feedback, measurable impact.
