Improving is seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer to build modern front-end experiences with React and develop robust back-end services using Java and .NET technologies. You will design solutions, propose technical approaches, and troubleshoot issues across the stack.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work under deadlines and adapt to evolving project requirements. This is a full-time position in Mexico City.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Hands-on experience with React.
• Back-end development experience with Java services and APIs.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Comfort working under deadlines and adapting as project requirements evolve.
• Strong verbal and written communication with team members and clients.
• A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to voice opinions and suggest improvements respectfully.
• Nice to have: .NET experience.
