CONSULTFIZ LATAM, a fully owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC, is looking for a Software Engineer with strong UI and full‑stack experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive and dynamic user interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript, CSS, and component libraries like AG‑Grid.
• Design and implement backend for front‑end as part of our micro‑front‑end architecture using NodeJs.
• Integrate backend‑for‑front‑end components with backend APIs (REST, GraphQL) to ensure seamless functionality.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers and use tools like Figma to translate designs into functional user interfaces.
• Build reusable components and ensure high performance and responsiveness across platforms.
• Write automated tests and debug frontend applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver features that align with business objectives.
• Actively participate in Agile processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Drive design and code reviews, ensuring the team ships high‑quality, scalable, maintainable, and well‑tested code.
• Work closely with peers, mentor junior developers, and help the team achieve its goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably computer science, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional experience in front‑end development with back‑end for front‑end using ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, CSS, NodeJs, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful architecture and microservices.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools like Figma.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems using Git.
• Experience with monitoring/troubleshooting tools like NewRelic and Splunk.
• Knowledge of Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with AWS, specifically AWS S3.
• Experience building API specifications for back‑end for front‑end.
• Experience with automated testing tools like Playwright.
