Confiz Limited in Monterrey is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer II to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript. You will collaborate with local and global teams across the full SDLC, delivering robust APIs and cloud-native services.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on full stack experience, strong English communication, and a passion for engineering excellence, performance, and customer success in enterprise contexts.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• 3–5 years of experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• 3–5 years of experience building event-driven applications.
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, JavaScript (ES6+), and Redux.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, OO programming, design patterns, and data modeling.
• Experience designing distributed applications and microservices.
• Experience with AWS services such as Kubernetes (EKS), Lambda, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, CloudFormation.
• Experience with Docker and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience implementing automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like New Relic and Splunk.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using modern engineering practices.
• Collaborate with local and global engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospectives.
• Develop scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build responsive frontend components using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications and infrastructure.
• Translate business requirements and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.
• Write clean, secure, well-documented, and testable code following engineering standards.
• Design and implement automated unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Create monitoring dashboards, metrics, alerts, and logging for observability.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
