CONSULTFIZ LATAM, a fully owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong experience in both backend and frontend development. This role requires close collaboration with US-based teams, including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to build solutions focused on logistics and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, testing, documentation, data analysis, and on-call support during working hours.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and reliable software applications following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business needs.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Maintain high coding standards through code reviews and best practices.
• Implement robust testing strategies including unit, integration, and performance testing.
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Apply secure coding practices to ensure system integrity and prevent vulnerabilities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support effective communication and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java is required.
• Experience with Spring Boot framework.

Skills

• RESTful architecture and microservices

• Proficiency in JavaScript and React
• Backend development using Java and Spring Boot
• Familiarity with NodeJS and modern JavaScript ecosystems
