Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and scale a platform used by procurement teams. You will work across React and Ruby on Rails, turning wireframes into production features while collaborating with product, data science, and design teams.

3+ years extracting value from MVC frameworks, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and HTML/CSS, with a focus on performance and on-call readiness. Flexible schedule with remote and office options in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building web applications using Rails, Entity, Spring, or similar MVC framework.
• 3+ years using JavaScript/TypeScript to craft SPA with React.
• 3+ years working with SQL databases (Postgres, RDS).
• 3+ years using HTML and CSS for web UI.
• 3+ years translating wireframes into features.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of scalable features from wireframes to production.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and design teams.
• Contribute to frontend and backend ownership across React and Rails stack.
• Adopt best practices to optimize performance and reliability.
• Participate in on-call rotations and adhere to SLOs/RTOs.
