AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams. You will own frontend and backend, working across React and Ruby on Rails to translate wireframes into production features.

You will collaborate with product, data science and design, tackle ambiguous problems, and grow within a growing engineering team. English proficiency is required and agile experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building web apps with Rails, Entity, Spring or similar MVC.
• 3+ years with JavaScript/TypeScript for SPA using modern frameworks like React.
• 3+ years working with SQL databases (Postgres or RDS).
• 3+ years HTML/CSS and web styling experience.
• 3+ years converting wireframes into production features.
• Experience with agile development and changing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, strategic mindset, and proactivity; leadership a plus.
• Performance-minded on client and server sides; optimize bottlenecks.
• Experience with Git and GitHub; on-call rotations and SLA/SLO/RPO/RTO.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and build scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.
• Adopt best practices and tools to improve development efficiency.
• Communicate status, risks and issues to stakeholders including leadership.
