Santex in Mexico City seeks a Principal Full-Stack Developer with React and Java to lead our POA authorization layer and related services across 70+ applications. You will own design, implementation, and delivery, driving quality, security, and performance.

The role demands 10+ years of software experience, deep auth-domain knowledge (OAuth2/OpenID Connect/SAML), strong leadership, and hands-on delivery in distributed systems, with hybrid work in Mexico City.

Formación

• 10+ years of software development experience in a professional environment or comparable experience.
• Wide breadth of engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading teams of engineers.
• Hands-on expertise with application design, software development, and automated testing.
• Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of authorizations domain and industry standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML).
• Java: 7+ years; React: 3+ years; RDBMs: 2+ years.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all technical aspects of the authorization layer powering the global application and 70+ mission-critical services.
• Focus on implementing the Point of Arrival (POA) authorization layer and delivering features for the global registration portfolio.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, set technical direction, and drive execution across initiatives.
