What You'll Own
As our Full-Cycle Sales Representative, youll lead the entire sales process from start to finish:
- Prospecting: Identify and qualify high-potential leads using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and cold email.
- Outreach: Run personalized email, LinkedIn, and cold calling campaigns to engage leads.
- Sales Calls & Demos: Lead discovery calls, communicate value clearly, and tailor pitches to client needs.
- Closing: Drive deals to close, handle objections, and negotiate contracts.
- CRM Management: Keep leads organized and updated in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Pipeline Reporting: Track your activity, report results weekly, and continuously improve.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have 4+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally in SaaS, services, or agency sales)
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Have experience with cold outreach (cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
- Are comfortable leading sales calls and closing deals
- Are organized, autonomous, and take full ownership of your pipeline
- Are excited about joining a fast-growing company and building the sales engine from scratch
