Formación

About This Role

The Full-Cycle Recruiter plays a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, this role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with the company’s strategic goals. The recruiter will also contribute to the expansion of the company's global talent footprint, working closely with hiring managers and internal teams to meet business needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment (50%)
    • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from job posting to offer acceptance.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and implement effective recruitment strategies.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and overall suitability for roles.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the process.
  • Collaboration and Training (25%)
    • Work closely with the Head of Talent to execute recruitment strategies that align with company growth objectives.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
    • Provide training to hiring managers on recruitment processes, interview best practices, and candidate selection to improve overall recruitment effectiveness.
    • Contribute to the development of recruitment playbooks and documentation to standardize best practices.
    • Collaborate with the Recruiting Coordinator to ensure seamless coordination of interview scheduling, candidate communication, and administrative support.
    • Provide guidance to the Onboarding Coordinator, ensuring that the transition from recruitment to onboarding is efficient and well-organized.
    • Offer mentorship and best practices to both coordinators, ensuring their tasks are aligned with overall recruitment and talent acquisition goals.
    • Work together with the coordinators to troubleshoot any challenges in the recruitment or onboarding processes, ensuring a cohesive experience for new hires.
  • Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development (15%)
    • Develop and maintain a proactive talent pipeline, particularly for hard-to-fill or specialized roles.
    • Build strong relationships with potential candidates to ensure a ready pool of talent for future roles.
    • Stay updated on talent trends, market conditions, and sourcing best practices to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
    • Support the company’s global market expansion by sourcing candidates from diverse geographic regions.
  • Metrics and Reporting (10%)
    • Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, ensuring continuous improvement.
    • Regularly report on candidate satisfaction and hiring manager satisfaction, identifying areas for enhancement.
    • Collaborate with the Recruiting Coordinator to track and improve recruitment efficiency and overall process effectiveness.
    • Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Head of Talent on recruitment activities, pipeline status, and progress toward hiring goals.
    • Analyze metrics related to candidate sourcing and conversion rates to adjust strategies and optimize results.
Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle, corporate recruiting experience, preferably in renewable energy, engineering, or construction.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms.
  • Experience in onboarding processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to support recruiting and onboarding tasks.
