Meltwater seeks a Senior Frontend Lead to drive the frontend platform, balancing hands-on coding with team leadership and strategic direction across the UI. You will champion design systems, performance, accessibility, and scalable frontend architecture, mentoring engineers and guiding cross-team initiatives.

Formación

• Expertise in React and TypeScript at scale.
• Proven experience leading frontend teams or acting as a technical lead on complex systems.
• Track record of owning and delivering large-scale, production-critical frontend systems.
• Experience driving cross-team or org-level initiatives (design systems, platform work, performance improvements).
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance tradeoffs, and scalability challenges.
• Experience integrating complex systems via GraphQL and/or REST APIs.
• Exceptional debugging skills across browser, performance, and production environments.
• Demonstrated ownership of codebase health, system reliability, and engineering standards.
• Ability to operate independently and drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of frontend engineers, owning delivery, execution quality, and technical direction.
• Own complex frontend systems end-to-end, from design through long-term production health.
• Drive org-wide initiatives across design systems, performance, and frontend standards.
• Define and evolve frontend architecture to support scalability, reliability, and rapid iteration.
• Establish high standards for code quality, testing, and maintainability.
• Identify and resolve systemic performance and reliability issues in production.
• Build and scale interactive, data-heavy applications and AI-driven workflows.
• Partner with design, backend, and AI/ML teams to shape product direction.
• Guide long-term UI technical strategy and key architectural decisions across teams.
