Job summary

Confiz Limited is seeking an experienced Software Engineer III – Frontend to help build scalable, high-performance e-commerce frontend experiences across Checkout and Wishlist platforms, with occasional backend work in Java.

You will collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to improve customer experience, conversion, and platform performance, while adopting AI-assisted tooling and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional frontend software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Java, Golang, or Python.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and reusable components.
• Experience implementing automated testing (unit/integration/e2e) and Playwright.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of web performance, accessibility, and secure coding.
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools (New Relic, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch).
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend apps using JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Deliver end-to-end frontend features from design to production support.
• Build reusable UI components and shared frontend libraries.
• Translate requirements and UX designs into production-ready code.
• Integrate frontend apps with RESTful APIs; occasionally contribute backend in Java.
• Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Optimize performance, accessibility, security, and reliability.
• Monitor health with observability tools, metrics, dashboards, and alerts.
• Collaborate with distributed teams for seamless platform integration.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity while maintaining quality.
• Follow clean code, maintainability, and secure development practices.
