Crown Holdings, Inc. busca un Mecánico de Formación para asegurar la operación y mantenimiento de sistemas de frentes de vehículos, con enfoque en seguridad y calidad. Se requiere formación técnica en mecánica automotriz y experiencia en diagnóstico y uso de herramientas especializadas.

El rol implica inspecciones, reparaciones, alineación de ruedas y comunicación efectiva con clientes y asesores. Se ofrece desarrollo profesional y un entorno de manufactura enfocado en seguridad y eficiencia.

Formación

• Se requiere diploma de secundaria o equivalente, formación técnica preferible
• Certificación o formación en mecánica automotriz valorada
• Capacidad para leer manuales técnicos y diagramas
• Fuerte atención al detalle y solución de problemas

Responsabilidades

• Realizar inspecciones de frentes de vehículos y diagnosticar fallas
• Ejecutar reparaciones y reemplazos de componentes del tren delantero
• Alinear ruedas y verificar camber, caster y toe
• Mantener registro de inspecciones, reparaciones y repuestos
• Seguir protocolos de seguridad y procedimientos de la empresa
• Comunicar recomendaciones al asesor de servicio y al cliente
• Mantener área de trabajo limpia y ordenada

Responsabilidades

Asegurar la operación del proceso de formación con las especificaciones de cliente con base a los estándares, procedimientos, controles y políticas establecidas por Crown bajo un proceso de mejora continua minimizando tiempos, optimizando materiales y dando soporte a los mecánicos líderes para el logro de las metas establecidas en los indicadores operativos, el crecimiento, permanencia y rentabilidad del negocio, asegurando el cumplimiento de las necesidades de nuestros clientes

Requisitos

INDISPENSABLE Carrera Técnica en Mecánica Automotriz, Industrial, Eléctrica o carrera a fin.

Job Summary

The Front End Mechanic at Fabricas Monterrey, S.A. de C.V. is responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicle front-end systems, including steering, suspension, and wheel alignment, to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive inspections of vehicle front-end components, including suspension, steering linkage, ball joints, control arms, and shock absorbers.
• Diagnose mechanical and alignment issues using specialized diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Execute repairs and replacements of worn or damaged front-end components, such as tie rods, bearings, bushings, and springs.
• Conduct wheel alignments using precision equipment to ensure correct camber, caster, and toe settings.
• Perform tire rotations, balancing, and repairs as needed.
• Document all inspection findings, repairs performed, and parts used accurately and thoroughly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures during vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay updated on new vehicle technologies and repair techniques through continuous learning and training.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in automotive mechanics is highly preferred.
• Proven experience as a Front End Mechanic or similar automotive technician role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle front-end systems, including steering, suspension, and wheel alignment principles.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools, alignment equipment, and general automotive repair tools.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• ASE certification in Steering and Suspension (A4) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.segurar
