Capgemini está buscando un Ingeniero de Aplicaciones especializado en Front End con foco en Angular para desarrollar y mantener productos internos de seguros. Integrarás en equipos de producto y participarás en decisiones arquitectónicas que impactan a gran escala.

Se valorará experiencia con Azure, REST/Swagger y herramientas de IA para acelerar el ciclo de desarrollo, pruebas y entrega, así como prácticas de seguridad y accesibilidad de frontend.

Formación

• Dominio de Angular, HTML y CSS en todo el ciclo de desarrollo.
• Experiencia con bundlers como Webpack, Node o Browserify.
• Experiencia en nube pública, especialmente Azure.
• Conocimientos de APIs REST y Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Interés en flujos de desarrollo con IA y prácticas modernas de productividad.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y revisar código que cumpla estándares de calidad y mantenibilidad.
• Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales (requisitos, QA y otros ingenieros).
• Definir arquitectura y documentar decisiones técnicas.
• Integrar servicios y plataformas compartidas (mensajería, BPMN, logging, telemetry).
• Usar herramientas de IA para acelerar desarrollo frontend, pruebas y depuración.
• Revisar UI generada por IA para accesibilidad y mantenibilidad.
• Contribuir al diseño de componentes reutilizables y prácticas escalables.

Your role

As an Application Engineer specializing in Front End development, you'll be at the heart of developing and maintaining our sophisticated in-house insurance products built primarily with Angular. You'll join one of our product teams and contribute to functionality that generates real business impact while upholding our commitment to engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review code that meets our high standards for quality and maintainability
• Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams including requirements engineers, QA specialists, and other application engineers
• Shape architecture by contributing to key decisions and documentation that guide our technical direction
• Integrate services and shared platforms including messaging systems, BPMN workflows, logging frameworks, and telemetry solutions
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate frontend development, testing, and troubleshooting activities
• Review and validate AI-generated UI implementations and engineering suggestions to ensure maintainability and accessibility standards
• Contribute to reusable component design and scalable frontend engineering practices

Your profile

• Proficiency in software development across the entire software delivery lifecycle, with strong Angular, HTML & CSS expertise
• Experience building/packing modules with module bundlers like Webpack, Node, or Browserify
• Previous public cloud experience, particularly with Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of Restful APIs, Open API specification & Swagger
• Comfort spending most of your time in the IDE and working with large and established codebases
• Interest in AI-assisted development workflows and modern engineering productivity practices
• Understanding of frontend security, accessibility, and maintainability principles when using AI- assisted development tools

Nice to have

• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks beyond
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Understanding of agile methodologies
• Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks
• Background in the insurance or financial services industry
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and intelligent UI engineering workflows
