HCLTech is seeking a Service Desk professional to provide telephone-based diagnosis and resolution for end-user hardware, software, and network issues from Querétaro, Mexico. The role requires 1–2 years in help desk or customer service and mandatory phone support experience.

You will work in a 24x7 operations environment with benefits including life insurance, major and minor medical insurance, savings fund, and food vouchers. Queretaro location offered.

Formación

• 1-2 years help desk, customer service, and support experience with problem solving involving hardware, software, and networks.
• Phone support experience is mandatory.
• Technical helpdesk or technical call center experience is necessary (6 months).
• Willing to work in 24 x 7 operations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone for customer’s end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to restore service.
• Support in a 24x7 operations environment.
