C.H. Robinson in Monterrey seeks a Supervisor Service Delivery to lead a team supporting Freight Pay operations across multiple accounts. You will influence customer satisfaction, carrier payments, and continuous improvement within our logistics organization.

This role blends on-site collaboration (one day a week) with remote work four days a week, fostering teamwork and autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 3 years in an operations environment.
• At least 1 year of leading and managing teams.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team handling Freight Pay operations and invoice resolutions.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Drive process improvements and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Service Delivery and Operations.
