IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to provide financial, analytical and business planning support for assigned units. You will drive monthly reporting, budgets, forecasts and long-range plans, linking unit performance to strategic objectives.

Engage with executives to develop business plans, establish targets, and improve planning processes. A strong background in finance, hospitality operations and cross-functional collaboration is essential for success.

Competenze

5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning/analysis or management consulting.
Experience in a large, complex project-based environment is ideal.
Emphasis on business plan development and budgeting.

Mansioni

Provide project support to assigned business units, including work-planning, research, analysis, presentation development and implementation support to address current operating issues, structures or policies.
Analyze operating, forecast and budget information for issues of concern regarding trends, performance against objectives, and impact of changes in the business environment.
Work with executives to develop business plans and coordinate budget issues with financial planning staff.
Develop performance and benchmark measures for corporate functions and establish target levels for ongoing improvement.
