Job summary

Hach is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive planning, forecasting and performance analysis across the organization. You will partner with Finance, Commercial and Operations leaders to deliver actionable insights that improve decision-making and profitable growth.

Location: Toreo, Naucalpan (Mexico City Metro). Hybrid work arrangement. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field and 4+ years FP&A experience required. Advanced Excel and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews.
Advanced Excel with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly planning processes.
Maintain financial models, planning assumptions, and risks & opportunities tracking.
Analyze revenue, operating expenses, SG&A, profitability, headcount, and working capital.
Prepare variance analyses versus budget, forecast, and prior-year results.
Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and decision-support tools for strategic decisions.
