Kraft Heinz in Mexico City seeks an Analyst, FP&A & Commercial Finance Intelligence. You will be the analytical and technical core of the GCC team, building pipelines, maintaining dashboards, and supporting AI outputs for finance analytics used by Chicago-based Leads.

You will collaborate across FP&A and Commercial Finance, validate outputs, and deliver timely insights for BU CFOs while ensuring data quality and audit readiness.

Formación

• 2–5 years in FP&A, commercial finance, or data analytics.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for pipelines and transformations.
• Experience with Snowflake or equivalent cloud data platform.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards used by finance professionals.
• Solid FP&A mechanics: variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting.
• Comfort working in a distributed team across time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, CS, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain Snowflake data pipelines for FP&A and Commercial Finance analytics.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for variance analysis, budget vs. actuals, and P&L summaries.
• Support month-end close and forecast cycles with automated outputs.
• Assist in building and testing Snowflake Cortex AI agents for FP&A workflows.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation against source data (SAP/S4).
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support and scenario modeling for BU CFO requests.
• Maintain documentation of pipelines, data models, and dashboard definitions.
