Kraft Heinz in Mexico City is seeking an Analyst, FP&A & Commercial Finance Intelligence for GCC to join the team. You will work across FP&A and Commercial Finance — building pipelines, maintaining dashboards, supporting AI agent outputs, and delivering the finance analytics that Leads depend on.

You combine finance domain knowledge with technical capability: SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Power BI dashboards designed for finance professionals who need fast, reliable answers.

Formación

• 2–5 years of FP&A, commercial finance, or data analytics experience.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data pipelines and transformations.
• Experience with Snowflake or equivalent cloud data platform.
• Ability to design and maintain Power BI dashboards for finance professionals.
• Understanding FP&A mechanics and variance analysis; able to explain numbers.

Responsabilidades

• Support month-end close and forecast deliverables with automated outputs.

• Provide ad-hoc analytical support and scenario modeling for BU CFO requests.
• Maintain documentation of pipelines, data models, and dashboard definitions.

Analyst, FP&A & Commercial Finance Intelligence — GCC at a glance...

You will be the analytical and technical core of the GCC team within the FP&A & Commercial Finance Intelligence pillar at Kraft Heinz. Reporting to the Manager FP&A Commercial and based in Mexico City, you will work across FP&A and Commercial Finance domains — building pipelines, maintaining dashboards, supporting AI agent outputs, and delivering the finance analytics that the Chicago-based Leads depend on the GCC team to produce. You combine finance domain knowledge with technical capability. You understand what a variance analysis means and you can build the pipeline that automates it.

What’s on the menu?

• Build and maintain Snowflake data pipelines supporting FP&A and Commercial Finance analytics — P&L structures, forecast data, trade spend, customer revenue — ensuring clean, traceable, audit-ready inputs for all downstream reporting and agent outputs
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards across FP&A and Commercial Finance — variance analysis views, budget vs. actual tracking, trade spend reporting, customer P&L summaries — built for finance professionals who need answers fast
• Support month-end close and forecast cycle deliverables for FP&A and Commercial Finance — produce automated outputs that replace manual Excel consolidations, flag variances that need explanation, and package results in the format the Leads need to present to BU CFOs
• Support the build and testing of Snowflake Cortex AI agents for FP&A and commercial workflows — validate agent outputs against source data, flag unexpected results, and document test cases
• Perform data validation and reconciliation — compare pipeline outputs to SAP/S4 source data, investigate discrepancies, document root causes, and ensure the GCC team never ships an output with a known data quality issue
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to the FP&A and Commercial Intelligence Leads — deep-dive analysis, scenario modeling, data pulls, and the fast-turnaround analytics that Leads need to respond to BU CFO requests without building everything themselves
• Maintain documentation — keep pipeline logic, data model descriptions, and dashboard definitions current to the standard required by Internal Audit and the Finance AI Architecture team

Requirements

• I have 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or data analytics — with hands-on exposure to financial planning, variance analysis, trade spend, or commercial reporting
• I write SQL and Python with confidence — I build pipelines and transformations, not just ad-hoc queries
• I have experience with Snowflake or an equivalent cloud data platform — I understand how data moves through the platform, not just how to query it
• I build Power BI dashboards that business users actually use — I design for the finance professional who has no patience for a tool that requires training
• I understand FP&A mechanics well enough to validate my own outputs — I know what a reasonable variance looks like and I investigate when the numbers don’t make sense before sending them to the Lead
• I understand commercial finance basics — trade spend, net revenue, customer P&L — well enough to work across both FP&A and Commercial Finance domains without needing a domain briefing on every task
• I am comfortable working in a distributed team model — my stakeholders are in Chicago and Amsterdam; I communicate proactively and do not wait to be chased for updates
• I have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
