Cummins Inc., Monclova plant, is seeking a Plant Manager - Director to lead all plant functions including Operations, HR, Procurement, Administration and Engineering. This on-site role demands strategic and operational leadership to meet customer and business commitments while driving safety, quality, delivery, cost and performance improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or business.
• Significant business or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Knowledge of gray-iron foundry processes required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across plant functions.
• Lead safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations and regulatory compliance.
• Drive quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement using COS.
• Align plant priorities with enterprise goals and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop plant financial plans and translate metrics into actions.
