2 Brothers Moving & Delivery in Medellín, Colombia is seeking founding sales reps to build our US-facing operations. You will take inquiries, tailor quotes, and close moves for premium residential services, owning the customer journey from first call to booked relocation.

You’ll work on a ground-floor team, shaping playbooks as the office grows toward multiple locations. English must be strong (C1+), and a proven hunter mindset is essential in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Formación

• Fluent English required for US client communication.
• Proven consultative sales experience with inbound/outbound.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Consultative sales from first inquiry to booked move.
• Outreach and follow-up to build pipeline.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and gather reviews.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow sales process.
