Transformcap is looking for a Head of Growth based in Tijuana, Mexico. You will be the founding leader in Tebra’s Innovation team, responsible for designing and implementing growth strategies from the ground up. Your role involves understanding customers directly and establishing a scalable growth model using innovative technologies.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience in go-to-market strategies, product-led growth, and a solid grasp of AI tools. This position allows you to define the foundational elements of our growth strategy.

Formación

• 5–8 years in GTM, growth, or commercial roles, with a track record of building rather than maintaining.
• Experience in lower-scale environments or launching new products in larger organizations.
• Genuine AI fluency and demonstrated vision for AI-driven GTM transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Define market and segmentation strategy based on evidence.
• Design and build the tech stack for growth.
• Determine buyer and user archetypes for targeting and messaging.
