Responsibilities include analyzing quality data for trends, reporting to management, and supporting regulatory inspections and certifications related to food safety.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Food Engineering or Food Science with relevant QA experience.
• Minimum 2 years in quality control/quality assurance in food industry.
• Strong English communication with international stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of HACCP and food-safety regulations.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and maintain quality control procedures to ensure food safety compliance.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections across production processes.
• Collaborate with production teams to address issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, review, update SOPs and quality manuals.
• Train staff on quality standards and best practices to foster quality culture.
• Analyze quality data and report trends and discrepancies to management.
• Support regulatory agency inspections and certifications related to food safety.
