Trouw Nutrition in Cuernavaca, Mexico, seeks a Quality Officer in the Quality department, reporting to the Quality Manager. The role covers quality management, food safety, and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting.

You will train staff on GMP and HACCP, coordinate internal and external audits, support improvement projects, and deputise for the Quality Manager as needed. The position emphasizes strong communication and adherence to standards.

Formación

• Expert in Quality Management and Feed/Food Safety & Quality.
• Good communication and training skills.
• Experience with GMPs, HACCP and other food safety programs.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain up-to-date quality management system in line with norms and customer demands.
• Prepare yearly management review and incident/crisis contact list.
• Monitor quality plan status and drive necessary actions.
• Provide training on food and feed safety practices including GMPs and HACCP.
• Lead or participate in HACCP teams and audits; deputise for Quality Manager when needed.
• Investigate customer complaints and drive corrective actions with other departments.
• Define monitoring plans for incoming and manufactured goods; support audits.
