Mondelez México is seeking a Food Safety Specialist to implement programs and actions rooted in the base of the food safety pyramid, including material, process and product safety specifications, GMPs, hygiene and sanitation.

You will collaborate with partners to translate requirements into specs and provide advice to stakeholders, while directing technical questions to the Food Safety Team experts. This role supports safe, high-quality snacks.

Formación

• Scientific grounding in food safety science.
• Desire for technical area and a continuous improvement mentality.

Responsabilidades

• You will work with key partners to ensure that food safety requirements are translated into raw material, process and product specifications in a timely manner.
• Provide basic food safety requirements advice to key stakeholders, and direct detailed technical questions to the Food Safety Team experts.
