Placements24 is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its Acapulco region, driving revenue growth across an extensive FMCG portfolio. You will develop strategies, lead a field-based sales team, and build strong customer relationships in Guerrero.

The role requires a proven sales leadership track record, excellent communication skills, and deep market knowledge of Acapulco and surrounding areas. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably FMCG.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the territory.
• In-depth knowledge of Acapulco and Guerrero market.
• Legally authorized to work in Mexico.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve objectives and expand customer base in Acapulco.
• Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to hit targets.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
• Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Develop and manage the regional sales budget for profitable growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to promote products.
• Ensure adherence to policies and ethical standards.
• Identify opportunities for market penetration in Guerrero.
