Subsea7 in Mérida is seeking an experienced In Country Operations Manager to lead on-site operations and serve as the primary interface for crew and logistics in the Gulf of Mexico. The role covers setting up in-country operations, supporting offshore construction and commissioning, and driving HSE excellence across sites and vessels.

• Subsea Construction (i.e. pipelay, flex lay, construction, diving, survey…)
• Set up and operating of remote marine bases to support offshore activities
• Understanding of international logistics and contracts
• Supporting mobilizations/demobilizations of installation/construction vessels
• Project & Operations Management

Responsabilidades

• Set up of in-country operations
• Support Project Execution for offshore construction and commissioning
• Be pro-active in Health, Safety, Security and Environment management
• Primary interface for Crewing for in-country operations
• Primary logistics interface for in-country operations
• Manage mobilizations and demobilizations for all in-country sites and vessels
• Support offshore operations
• Support project close out
