Element Fleet Management is seeking an AD Maintenance Associate to manage preventive and corrective maintenance for client vehicle fleets. You will monitor vehicles entering service with providers, ensuring timely upkeep and client satisfaction with quality standards and timelines.

Ideal candidates hold Automotive/Mechanical/Industrial engineering backgrounds, with 2+ years in automotive or fleet maintenance and strong customer service orientation.

Formación

• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of automotive mechanics and maintenance processes.
• Fluent in reading/understanding English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage fleet maintenance scheduling and follow-up with vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Generate preventive maintenance proposals based on vehicle brand specs.
• Notify fleet contact of final maintenance proposals.
• Inform clients about regulatory environmental verification requirements.
• Coordinate corrective maintenance with fleet needs.
• Administer fleet services using company control tools.
• Maintain proactive communication with end users for service intake.
• Provide cost/time-efficient repair options to clients.
• Support fleet administrators to reduce vehicle downtime.
• Ensure adherence to client service standards and reporting.
