DiDi is seeking a Support Engineer to join our Fintech Support Team in CDMX. You will monitor systems, handle UAT, and manage support tickets while collaborating across vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.

You should have at least 3 years of customer-facing technical support or related development/testing experience, strong problem-solving and English communication, and be able to work on-site 9am–9pm. Proficiency in Java is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor+ degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customer facing technical support or development/testing roles.
• Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Clear oral and written communication in English.
• Strong sense of ownership.
• Proficiency in Java or another programming language.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a thorough understanding of financial payment knowledge; review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
• Fully understand financial payment knowledge and provide timely feedback on requirements and designs.
• In the UAT stage, create detailed test plans and test cases, execute or guide tests, and report defects to ensure high-quality releases.
• Monitor core Fintech system metrics, dashboards, monitors, and alarms; respond to production issues and provide technical support.
• Dive deep to understand issues, assess business impact, and take action per SOPs or escalate to engineering support.
• Perform competitive product research and analysis.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
