Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for Amazon Flex New Business in Mexico City to own development of new business opportunities, coordinating with data science, technology, operations, and marketing to drive growth and scale. You will oversee cross-functional initiatives, influence leadership decisions, and guide program launches that leverage the Flex network.

The role requires 3+ years in program management, strong data-driven problem solving, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, reading).

Responsabilidades

• Own developing new business opportunities for Amazon Flex New Business.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, data science, engineering, and program management.
• Support launches of new products and programs leveraging Flex as a last mile solution.
