TPI Composites in Chihuahua seeks a Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to steer the plant's AMT agenda and industrialize finishing and composite processes aligned with product specs and quality standards.

You will oversee the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, drive process improvements, manage the project portfolio and mentor engineers to achieve safety, quality and efficiency goals. Domestic travel up to 25% is expected.

Formación

• Our education requirement is a B.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering; postgraduate studies in manufacturing management are a plus.
• Minimum 5–8 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years leading engineering teams or projects.
• Experience applying data analytics, SPC and AI/machine-learning tools to manufacturing process improvement is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the US/Mexico up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team, plan priorities and ensure on-time delivery of objectives.
• Define and lead engineering tests to evaluate new technology and selection of methods for production.
• Industrialize new manufacturing processes, validate and hand off to Production.
• Drive data-driven improvements using analytics and SPC to monitor process capability and quality.
• Mentor and develop AME staff, build training plans and succession planning.
• Communicate project status, risks and results to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
