Siemens Energy is seeking a Financial Project Administrator to support the Commercial Project Management team in overseeing project finance, reporting, and data integrity for Substation projects. This role collaborates with CPMs, PMs, and other support functions to drive accurate forecasting and robust project performance.

You will ensure proper system setup, master data quality, and timely invoicing while participating in monthly closes and portfolio reporting.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience in project administration, finance, or related roles.

Responsabilidades

• Support Commercial Project Management through project finance, reporting, system administration, and portfolio management for small- to mid-sized projects.
• Set up and maintain project structures, including sales orders, billing plans, budgets, and master data; ensure SAP alignment.
• Manage customer billing and cash collection, prepare invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain AR reporting.
• Support monthly forecasting and closing, data prep, system updates, reconciliations, and monitor risks, opportunities, and forecasts.
• Coordinate project closeout and documentation, including warranty administration and final deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain business and portfolio reporting, including ad hoc reports and management presentations.
