The role emphasizes IFRS expertise, consolidation, and a hands-on data-driven approach within a fast-growing, multicultural environment. English fluency is required, with flexibility to work from home, office, or abroad.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a finance and controlling function.
• Excellent accounting knowledge with proven IFRS and consolidated financial reporting experience.
• Experience in financial services, ideally in an international setting.
• A structured and logical approach to solving problems.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a hands-on approach to working with data.
• Experience within a fast-growing organisation.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Participating in annual and interim audits.
• Advising on accounting and reporting issues.
• Contributing to and defining consolidation as well as financial control processes and procedures.
• Implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting through automation and control measures.
• Ensuring accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reporting.
