Job summary

Revolut is seeking an Outsourcing Manager to oversee supplier and intra-group relationships, ensuring proper documentation and regulatory reporting for third-party management. The role focuses on managing outsourcing risks and compliance across the organization, in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management policies, govern vendor lifecycles, and provide clear guidance to staff on procedures and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (finance, business, economics).
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, outsourcing, or third-party risk management.
• Excellent understanding of outsourcing and business resilience regulations in retail financial services.
• Proven ability to develop service management frameworks and conduct ongoing outsourcing risk assessments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage outsourcing and third-party risk management activities including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, and ongoing monitoring.
• Implement outsourcing and third-party risk management policy and operating model for supply chain and outsourcing.
• Oversee approvals through internal governance related to outsourcing changes and vendor lifecycles.
• Provide guidance on third-party risk management procedures, risk assessments, and accountability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance related to outsourcing arrangements and operational resiliency.
• Prepare regular reports to senior management on status of outsourcing activities, risks, compliance, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations.
