Mars seeks an Analyst for its Record to Report team in Mexico. You will support period-close activities, reconciliations, and journal entries with proper documentation. You will work in a collaborative, learning-oriented environment to grow with the business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Understanding of journal entries and reconciliations.
• Excel proficiency (intermediate).
• English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with finance teams to close periods on schedule.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on open items.
• Prepare standard journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Analyze discrepancies and propose workflow improvements.
