The Logistics Finance Analyst role at Molex in Mexico is a pivotal position ensuring visibility, accuracy, and control of logistics-related expenses across the supply chain. You will partner with Logistics, Trade Compliance, Finance, and Accounts Payable to support transportation payments and maintain audit-ready documentation.

You will analyze freight costs, duties, and transportation expenses, develop reports, and provide financial insights to drive cost optimization and operational efficiency

Formación

• Experience in finance, AP, logistics or related areas.
• Experience validating invoices and payments.
• Strong financial analysis and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor payments associated with logistics and transportation service providers.
• Validate invoices, supporting documentation, and payment records to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and auditable documentation related to logistics transactions and supplier payments.
• Analyze logistics-related expenses, including freight, duties, taxes, and transportation costs.
• Develop reports and data analysis to identify trends, improve cost visibility, and support business decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across air, ocean, and ground transportation operations.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounts Payable teams to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

The Logistics Finance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring visibility, accuracy, and control of logistics-related expenses across the supply chain. This position partners closely with Logistics, Trade Compliance, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams to support transportation payment processes, maintain audit-ready documentation, and provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.

What You Will Do

• Manage and monitor payments associated with logistics and transportation service providers.
• Validate invoices, supporting documentation, and payment records to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in Finance, Accounts Payable, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, or related areas.
• Experience working with supplier payments, invoice validation, or financial controls.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and data interpretation.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
