You will work closely with senior team members in a dynamic startup environment, contributing to growth and learning while maintaining rigorous data and client service standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in M&A, investment banking, or consulting is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn in a startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial and operational data related to M&A transactions.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential acquisition or sale opportunities.
• Support deal execution processes including due diligence, documentation, and client communications.
• Maintain accurate records and manage data within internal systems and CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transaction flow and client satisfaction.
• Participate in client meetings and support relationship management efforts.
