In this mid-senior level role, you'll support complex acquisition transactions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires 2-3 years of experience in auditing and corporate development, with a focus on financial analysis and modeling.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in mergers & acquisitions or corporate development.
• 2-3 years of experience in auditing is preferred.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential acquisition opportunities and business cases from strategic, operational, and financial perspectives
• Own and lead specific aspects of acquisitions, including day‑to‑day execution and oversight of ongoing processes, ensuring deadlines are met
• Coordinate and work closely with cross‑functional teams to support acquisition evaluation and due diligence
• Lead the development of financial models, valuation analyses, and strategic assessments to inform acquisition decisions
• Support the prioritization of strategic objectives and assess acquisition opportunities against those objectives

Minimum Qualifications & Skillsets

• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely convey complex topics
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines

Additional Experience (Preferred)
