Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence in Monterrey is seeking a hands-on Transition Lead to support the integration of Waygate Entities into Global Business Services. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in finance transitions, strong SAP skills, and a proven accounting background.

This delivery-focused role requires leadership for a stable transition phase and future team leadership in Accounting Operations. The opportunity is part of a key transformation initiative within a global technology group.

Formación

• At least seven years of experience in Finance.
• Proven experience in finance transitions into shared services.
• Hands-on exposure to US based entities in a multi-country environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end finance transitions: planning, knowledge transfer, cutover, and go-live.
• Ensure operational readiness including SAP access and data migration.
• Own month-end close and reporting quality.

Leadership potential

Solid Accounting / General Ledger background
