LEGO Group in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a BSO Service Desk Advisor to deliver high-quality support across Finance Operations and HR-related processes. You will be the trusted contact for Accounts Payable, supplier management, Travel & Expense, and invoice processing, handling inquiries via ServiceNow and email.

You’ll collaborate with global service delivery teams to resolve issues, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance while providing strong stakeholder support to internal

Formación

• Delivered support within Finance Operations, Shared Services, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, Service Desk, or related environment.
• Managed complex inquiries and resolved issues through effective problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
• Applied service management practices to deliver high-quality support and meet SLAs.
• Supported customers through ServiceNow, email, and case management platforms.
• Built relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
• Experience with SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, or Concur is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality support for Finance Operations inquiries via email, ServiceNow, and other platforms.
• Assist Accounts Payable, supplier management, Travel & Expense, and reconciliations.
• Review and resolve invoice status and payment-related questions.
• Provide HR process support during peak periods.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance service quality and efficiency.
