Responsabilités

• Review customer liability statements to verify the accuracy of charges, fees, balances, and supporting documentation.
• Identify waivers, loyalty benefits, incentives, and adjustments based on guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure adjustments are reviewed and applied timely.
• Monitor outstanding requests to ensure statements are completed accurately and within service levels.
• Maintain tracking records and processing documentation for accuracy, visibility, and audits.
• Finalize liability statements and submit files to Mailing Room for printing and distribution.
• Escalate discrepancies or unresolved issues to stakeholders for review and resolution.
