Talink Enlace de Talento is seeking a Finance Manager in Mexico to lead the finance function across two premium businesses: Abercrombie & Kent Mexico DMC and Club de Patos.

You will own budgeting, forecasting and FP&A; drive cash flow, treasury and working capital; strengthen controls, reporting and governance; and partner with GMs on profitability while building a scalable finance team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Public Accountant), licensed.
• Postgraduate degree in Finance preferred.
• 8–10 years progressive finance experience.
• 5+ years in Finance Manager/Financial Controller.
• Strong IFRS and Mexican GAAP knowledge.
• FP&A, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Treasury, taxation, audit and internal controls.
• Proficient Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Commercial mindset and executive communication.
• Willing to travel.

We’re looking for a Finance Manager in Mexico to lead the finance function across two premium businesses:

• Abercrombie & Kent Mexico DMC — luxury travel & bespoke experiences
• Club de Patos — boutique hospitality

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Own the full finance function across two businesses
• Lead budgeting, forecasting & FP&A
• Drive cash flow, treasury & working capital
• Strengthen controls, reporting & governance
• Partner with GMs on profitability and business decisions
• Identify risks before they become problems
• Build processes and systems that can scale
• Lead and develop a finance team

The profile we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Public Accountant), duly graduated and licensed, Postgraduate degree in Finance is highly preferred
• 8-10 years of progressive finance experience
• 5+ years in Finance Manager / Financial Controller / senior finance leadership
• Strong IFRS + Mexican/local GAAP knowledge
• FP&A, budgeting & forecasting experience
• Treasury, taxation, audit & internal controls
• Strong Excel + ERP experience
• Excellent financial analysis & modeling
• Fluent English + Spanish
• Commercial mindset and strong executive communication
• Available to travel
