In this position you will report directly to the CFO and work closely with the General Manager of Mexico.

You are an experienced and strategic finance leader passionate about driving financial performance, compliance, and long-term sustainability.
You bring deep knowledge of Mexican accounting standards, tax frameworks, and local financial regulations.
You combine strategic acumen with operational excellence, acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team and enabling informed business decisions through financial insight and rigor.
You are HANDS ON and enjoy working in unstructured face paced environments.
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Mexican standards.
Deliver timely and transparent financial reports to local and regional management.
Supervise the preparation and filing of tax obligations.
Analyze business performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
Identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives.
Partner with business leaders to evaluate new projects and investments.
Ensure compliance with all local accounting, tax, and labor regulations.
Strengthen internal controls and implement sound financial policies.
Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Postgraduate studies or MBA preferred.
Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles.
Strong understanding of Mexican accounting standards and fiscal frameworks.
Proven experience leading finance teams and managing external service providers.
Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
Experience in dynamic, fast-evolving organizations.
CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
