Job summary

Bayer AG is seeking graduates for its Finance Management Trainee program in Toluca, Mexico. The role blends finance, data, and IT with rotations across Commercial Finance, Digital Finance and key stakeholders to deliver end-to-end value using AI and analytics in a manufacturing setting.

You will work on real business questions from day one, develop financial insights from shop-floor data, and gain experience across production and supply finance functions. Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

In our Finance Management Trainee program, you will be based at one of our production facilities, close to our products and operations. Your home assignment sits in Product Supply Finance, complemented by ~50% rotations across Commercial Finance, Digital Finance and key stakeholders. This ensures you gain a true end-to-end understanding of how value is created, steered and transformed through data and technology.

This is not a traditional finance traineeship. It is on-the-job learning by design: you will apply newly acquired knowledge immediately, work on real business questions, and actively experiment with AI, analytics and emerging technologies in a manufacturing environment.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
